“We’d been looking to adopt a dog for quite some time as our family dog had passed away leaving quite gap in our household Our search became more difficult as our son developed an allergy to dogs and we were finding it hard to find a breed that didn’t illicit an allergic reaction. Fortunately for us Teebow was being rehomed due to circumstances outside of his control at 5 months old (his current family had a child who was very unwell). When I found out, I reached out to Regan to inquire about the adoption process. Regan worked with Teebow’s previous family and screened five families ensuring that Teebow’s safety, security and transition to his new family were top priority. She allowed my family to spend the morning with Teebow as she knew our son had allergies to see how our family interacted with Teebow and if our son had any allergic reactions to him; she then allowed time for Teebow to meet the remaining families. When we met Regan at her home you could instantly feel the love she exudes for her puppies. She let us met Teebow’s Mom, Delilah as well! All that to say, the experience was amazing and there is no doubt in my mind that Doodles of Pigeon Creek has an ethical breeding program that produces well socialized, loveable dogs (Teebow is living proof)! He handles vet visits like a champ, is great with kids and adults alike and is so trainable; what more could you ask for? Regan is so passionate about her breeding program which was 100% evident in how she handled all of my questions and how involved she is after the adoption process is complete. She screens adoptive families to ensure the right fit for her puppies, is compassionate and ethical. We are so blessed to have Teebow as part of our family and its all because of Regan. 100% recommend Doodles of Pigeon Creek if you’re looking to adopt a well socialized, loveable, intelligent and personable Goldendoodle!”
